Mr. Michaelides is an entrepreneurial business leader with extensive P&L experience. He has a track record of leading new ventures and businesses in transition, implementing market strategies and operational improvements to deliver revenue growth and profitability. A seasoned consultant, Mr. Michaelides was a founding executive and Head of the Sales and Marketing practice at management consulting firm Stratford Managers. He has had over 25 years of corporate general management, sales and marketing experience in the high-tech sector. With a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from York University, Mr. Michaelides is a frequent blogger on marketing and business topics and has taught as a part-time professor at Ryerson University and Algonquin College.

Ms. Wu is a resourceful, results-oriented product management professional with over two decades of experience in start-up and multinational organizations. Her specialties include product strategy and definition, market and competitive analysis, product support process design, product requirement definition, product roadmap and lifecycle definition, business case development, pricing strategy and partner relations. Ms. Wu was Portfolio Manager at Mitel Networks, Requirements Consultant and Product Manager at The Marketing Store, and Sr. Product Manager at MTS-Allstream, following a 15 year product management career at Nortel. Ms. Wu holds a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
